I woke up late this morning. Now I have a dilemma. Do I stick to my usual routine of blogging before I take the dog for a walk, or do I fast forward, skip the blog and go straight to dog walking?
Guess what I chose.
I'm the type of person that always runs late in a day. My choice this morning is probably an example of why. It seems I have a chronic problem with telling myself that I can squeeze 30 minutes into 5, and the result is that I'm always late. I'm the type of person who is always late. I really don't like it, and I tell myself I must stop, but then I just make the same choices. Like this morning (you have no idea how fast I'm trying to pump this out!).
OK - so my pledge from this morning is to make better time management choices. From this point forward I will identify as being the type of person who is on time. I'm the type of person who manages their time well, so I don't disrespect anyone else's time by running late and keeping them waiting (yep, now I feel sufficiently guilty).
With that said, it is now time to walk the dog. She really doesn't like me much when I disrespect her time, or keep her waiting! My first coach.
